Our team was therefore called in to :
- Propose a complete, customized dust collection and filtration solution, from needs analysis to design and implementation.
- Contain areas where dust is emanating and capture fine dust.
- Prevent silica dust from migrating into production areas.
This not only ensures the safety of operators, but also extends the service life of test equipment.
The installation was completed in 16 weeks by WATTOHM’s project team. Here are the most important stages of the project:
- Discussing the problem. Our team assesses the glassmaker’s needs in order to define the most appropriate solution.
- Our team went on site to take measurements and propose a 2D and 3D model of the installation following a specific request.
- Once the plans and case study had been validated, we manufactured and installed in accordance with the execution plans.
We also monitor and maintain the installations, and can train operators in the process to ensure optimal operation for the glassmaker.
